Seven of Pentacles
Growth has its own timing that cannot be rushed. The Seven of Pentacles depicts the necessary pause to assess progress—the gardener leaning on his hoe, evaluating what has grown and what has not. Some seeds have sprouted; others have failed. This is not failure but information. The work continues, but wisdom requires stepping back to see if our efforts are producing desired results or if adjustment is needed.
